To receive your hardcopy retail catalog brochure(s), just fill out the form below and click 'submit'. You can order retail brochures by giving us a call or submitting a request. There are 50 brochures per package and the cost per package is $10.00. The S/H fee for 1-2 packages is $5.00. The S/H for 3-4 packages is $9.00. If you require in excess of 4 retail brochure packages (over 200 retail brochures), please call us and we'll quote a S/H fee to you. Tell us how you learned about us and what your fundraising is about.
