“Paint The White House Black” is an artistic depiction of a vision for the new millennium from an African American perspective. The Positive Black Images message has always been, “You Have To See It, To Be It”. We must elect more individuals who represent our diverse nation at all levels of government, including local, state, and federal elections. Our elected officials should represent all genders and races. “Paint The White House Black” is only one view of what the future can hold.

"Out Of Many Came One” features Vice President Kamala Harris, the first Black and South Asian woman to secure a major party nomination. This piece also features a number of other African American women leaders (past, present, and future).

On August 6, 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Voting Rights Act into law. It outlawed the discriminatory voting practices adopted in many southern states after the Civil War, including literacy tests, a prerequisite to voting. Blood, sweat, and tears were shed to ensure the right to vote. In August of 2020, we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment, which technically granted women the right to vote.
Our message to you is “Visualize what you want, dedicate yourself to attaining it, and prepare yourself or help others to achieve it”. If you are eligible to vote and not registered, please register to vote as soon as you can. When the time comes, you want to be prepared to “Get Your Vote On”. There are numerous sites that can help you get started. One of them is www.usa.gov/register-to-vote.
You deserve the best, and we are absolutely committed to giving you our best. We look forward to working with you!
